BTB Path 2 Pro may collect two types of information from you when you visit the Services: Personal Information and Non-Personal Information (collectively "Information").
"Personal Information" refers to data by which you may be personally identified, such as name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, and information you provide about yourself or about a player you are registering.
"Non-Personal Information" means data that is about you, but does not identify you specifically. If you do nothing during your visit to our Site but browse, read pages, or view content, we will gather and store Information about your visit that does not identify you personally.
We collect Information:
Directly from you when you provide it to us. When you create an account, register for a webinar, sign up for a course or mentorship program, request information, opt in to receive text messages, subscribe to a newsletter, or otherwise contact us, we will ask for things like your name, contact information, communication preferences, and account credentials in order to fulfill your request. If you submit any Personal Information about other people to us (for example, when a parent or guardian registers a minor player), you are responsible for making sure that you have the authority to do so and to allow us to use their Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
From third parties. We may obtain information through partners, vendors, suppliers, soccer clubs, advertising platforms, and other third parties. We take steps to confirm that information we receive from these third parties has been collected with your consent or that these parties are otherwise legally permitted to disclose your Personal Information to us. In some cases we combine Personal Information about individuals that we receive from multiple sources, including directly collected from you or through your use of the Services.
Automatically as you navigate through the Services. We collect information about how you interact with the Services through the use of cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies.

For Functionality and Development of the Services. We use information to provide, offer, and personalize the Services. Some information, like your IP address, is used to communicate with your device to provide network connectivity, measure usage, diagnose problems, and provide security features. Other purposes include data analysis related to testing, improving, or developing new content, programs, and features, and to identify trends.

Our authorized vendors and suppliers may require Personal Information to provide services we have contracted for, such as course hosting, website hosting, data analysis, IT services, customer support, email or SMS delivery, and similar services. Our contracts with suppliers and vendors include provisions to protect your Personal Information and limit its use.
With Partners. We occasionally have relationships with third parties (such as soccer clubs participating in our partnership program) who work with us to offer programs, joint promotions, or services. In these cases, additional terms or privacy notices may be provided.

We may share information with third-party advertising and marketing partners to prepare and deliver content, to enable them to provide more personalized ads, and to study the effectiveness of our campaigns. We do NOT share your phone number or text messaging opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information sharing described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties, except aggregators and providers of the text messaging services that are necessary to deliver the messages you have requested.
We also share non-personally identifiable information, such as anonymized or aggregated information, with suppliers and partners for purposes such as analysis, identifying trends, and improving the Services.
BTB Path 2 Pro does not sell any of your Personal Information.
If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages from BTB Path 2 Pro, you consent to receive SMS messages from us related to your account, the Services, program updates, webinar reminders, mentorship scheduling, and (where you have opted in) marketing communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You can request help by replying HELP. Opting out of marketing messages does not affect transactional messages necessary to deliver the Services you have requested.
We do not share your phone number or your opt-in consent with any third party for that third party's own marketing purposes. We share your phone number only with service providers who help us deliver the messages, and only for that purpose.
The Services include programs designed for youth soccer players, including minors. The Services are intended to be registered for by adults (parents, legal guardians, or players who are 18 years of age or older). Where information about a minor is collected by us, it is provided by a parent or legal guardian who has read and consented to this Privacy Policy on the minor's behalf.
We do not knowingly collect Personal Information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent, in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"). If you believe that we have collected Personal Information from a child under 13 without the consent of a parent or guardian, please contact us using the details in the "How to Contact Us" section and we will take steps to delete the information.
If you are under 18, do not create an account, register for a webinar, or provide any Personal Information to BTB Path 2 Pro without the supervision and consent of a parent or guardian.
We are not responsible for the practices employed by websites or services linked to or from the Services, including the information or content contained therein. This Privacy Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the policies and practices of third parties or other organizations that are not operating on BTB Path 2 Pro's behalf, including policies and practices related to privacy and security, data collection, processing, use, storage, and disclosure. The inclusion of a link on the Services does not imply endorsement of the linked site or service by us.
Some browsers incorporate a "Do Not Track" ("DNT") feature that, when turned on, signals to websites and online services that you do not want to be tracked. At this time, the Services do not respond to DNT signals.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your Personal Information by using the details in the "How to Contact Us" section. If you request a deletion, please note that we may still need to retain certain information for recordkeeping purposes, to comply with applicable law, or for other purposes permitted by CCPA.
